How long does a kitchen remodel take?
Most full kitchen remodels take 6 to 10 weeks of construction after design and permits. A cabinet and countertop update can take 2 to 4 weeks. We give you a written schedule before work starts.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel in Florida?
Moving plumbing, electrical or walls requires a permit in Lee and Collier counties. As a state-certified building contractor (CBC 1265972), M&M Builds pulls and closes the permits for you.
Can I finance my kitchen remodel?
Yes. Through our financing partner, homeowners can apply for unsecured home improvement loans up to $200,000 with fixed rates and terms up to 30 years.
